Peace

Peace , it’s only one word but meaningful. Peace mean freedom from war or violence. Peace is a simple thing to do but not easy to do “peace” in daily life. Have you ever  make your friends cry or upset? If you have do it before , its mean you don’t apply peace in your daily life. Peace also mean quiet and calm.

Have you hear a news about war , bullying , or violence in this world ? especially war in palestine. Many people killed and some people lost their family. A lot of building in Palestine broke because of missile. Look , it is happen because people don’t apply peace in their daily life. Especially , people who killed palestine people or someone who wants to destroy palestine. They do the war for victory and forget about peace. Peace also mean take care of each other.

Nowadays , people like to bully ecah other , because they dont care about peace. The example is bullying between Senior and junior. The senior usually shout to the junior. And the junior being scared. Or a group bully one person by mocking that person. People who wa bullyed will sad , scared , and stressed.

there are many benefit if you apply peace in your life. Peace make other people and our soul happy. Peace also make people in this world , although with different country , faith , or language can help and take care each other. Peace is important , so lets spread hapinnes from peace. Dare to be the next leader ?

To be a good leader. We must have many things in ourselves to inspire other people. Be a leader is not about the title or to fear people. It’s about how to develop people and respect each other. Well , its not easy to be a good leader. But we can do something to make other people respect us as a leader.

First , we must have confidence to be a good leader. Its’s important to make other people proud to have a leader like us. Being confidence also important to make people believe at us and make the environtment comfortable.

 
Second, we must be honest to everyone. Honesty is a golden key to make people happy and believe with the leader. If the leader lying, people will angry and people won’t choose him/her agin as the next leader. So , BE HONEST!

Third, a good leader must have a good attitude too. If we’ll be a leader, so we are a public figure. And many peole will know us. We will have a deal with someone who older than us or other famous public figure.

Fourth, leader must have good public speaking ability. Many people choose a leader base on their oration or speech. You should make people understand what is your vision and mission. Make people creeps when they hear your voice. And last, make people think you deserve to be a leader.

Good leader shoul take care other people, inspire people, and make people feel comfortable and secured.
